This unique adjustable mechanism of the Merkur Vision 2000 allows you to fine tune your shave to cater for the unique contours of your face. Once you’ve identified your preferred blade position, simply note down the position on the Use the V-I-S-I-O-N scale.

Manufactured with a slight slant bar effect - this slant creates tension and enables the Merkur Vision 2000 safety razor to deliver a closer more aggressive shave than other adjustable Merkur razors.

Incorporating a “butterfly” head mechanism, the Merkur Vision 2000 Adjustable Safety Razor makes the insertion and removal of razor blades a safe & effortless task.

Note: To prolong the lifespan of the razor and ensure the long term function of the adjustment mechanics, the Merkur Vision 2000 safety razor requires dis-assembly and regular cleaning. All movable parts should be cleaned with every blade exchange to remove any shaving residue. Every 3 months or as required, decalcify the razor by placing all parts in a diluted, lukewarm vinegar solution (max 30-40 degrees Celsius). Extended contact with vinegar or other lime solvents will destroy the surface and corrode the metal.
