Weve introduced a Loyalty Program to reward our customers. Once youve made your first purchase, youre automatically registered in the Program.

Every quarter, we will email you a Loyalty Voucher equivalent to 5% of your purchases for the previous 3 months. Use this voucher to redeem against your future purchases. Instructions on how to redeem are sent along with the voucher.

The following conditions apply:

• Voucher must be redeemed within 2 months of the issue date.
• Voucher is not redeemable for cash.
• Voucher may not be redeemed for the purchase of a Gift Voucher, Blue Box and/or Sample Pack only.
• Voucher is not transferable.
• Kinetic Blue has the right to change or discontinue the Program, in whole or in part, at any time without notice.
