We deliver anywhere within Australia, New Zealand and to most countries internationally.
The delivery cost and time will depend on your location and the delivery option you select.

For Standard Delivery, we utilize Australia Post or a courier service provider. As a general rule, orders will be sent via Australia Post where the:

package is small (less than 500g);
destination is outside the courier network; or
destination is a PO Box address

All other orders will be delivered via courier during working hours Monday to Friday. Courier deliveries will need to be signed for, so please use your work address as the delivery destination if you’re not going to be at home during the day.

Blue Box and Sample Pack
The Blue Box and Sample Pack are only available for Australian Orders. Please do not add the Blue Box or Sample Pack to your shopping cart as you will be prompted to remove these items prior to checkout.

Customs / Import Duties
Please check for other charges that may be payable in your country with regards to importing and customs. We are unable to advise you of these possible charges as they vary from country to country. Please ensure that your order does not include items that may be prohibited by your country.  Prohibited items will be removed and adjusted for.

Order Processing

We will process your order as soon as possible and in most cases despatch the same day, subject to payment confirmation.  If you elect to pay by Direct Deposit, Cheque or Money Order, your order will not be despatched until payment has cleared our bank.  Please allow an additional 3 days for bank clearance.

As soon as your order has been processed, we will let you know via email that your parcel has been despatched and when to expect delivery.

If we have problems in processing your order, we shall contact you firstly via email and then via phone.  Please ensure you provide a valid email address and daytime contact number.  If we attempt to make contact with you, please get back to us otherwise your order will be cancelled in 14 days.

Lost Orders
If you're waiting to receive your parcel and think it should have arrived by now:

Please note that the delivery times listed above are from the time your parcel is despatched and not from the time you place your order.  Also “business days” means Monday to Friday only, and doesn’t include public holidays.  The delivery times are given as an indication only and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances.
Check at your local post office or mail centre to see if they are holding it there for you.
Check with your work colleagues and the mailroom to see if they have collected the parcel on your behalf.
Check to make sure the delivery address you provided was correct.

Done all the above and still no parcel?  Email us immediately with your order number and we’ll look into it for you.

For Australian orders, we shall replace (at our expense) any orders that are lost in transit.  We do not however replace lost or stolen orders that are received by someone else on your behalf.

For International orders, we cannot take responsibility for uninsured items.  Therefore we highly recommend you choose a delivery option that includes insurance or is trackable.

Cancelling / Modifying Orders
Your can stop a purchase at any time during the checkout process by clicking the Cancel button in your shopping cart.

To cancel or modify an order after the transaction has been processed, please email us immediately and quote your order number.

Although we will do our best to cancel or modify your order, our ability to do so depends on when the order was placed; therefore we cannot make any guarantees.

Missing or Damaged Items
Email us immediately if any items in your order are missing or damaged.  We replace all damaged or missing products by standard delivery, at our expense.
